She completed a PhD in social psychology in 2004, focusing on stereotypes, and has worked for nearly 20 years to combat discrimination, inequality, and racism.
Since 2016, she has been an HR manager at Belgium’s Organization for Equality and Against Discrimination. She is also passionate about disabilities, particularly invisible ones like ADHD, and has been studying Korean for three years.
In 2024, she began a Cross-Cultural Research project on ADHD in the workplace in Belgium and South Korea at the CesCuP
