Conference “Diversity in Organization”

 

 

Managing diversity in organizations is one of the main challenges for managers and policymakers. This conference aims to address multiple facets of diversity (e.g., cultural, gender, knowledge) and how they impact various organizational outcomes (e.g., well-being, creativity, innovation). The take-home message is that diversity is both a challenge and an asset for organizations and society.
